Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement


FAST SHUTTLE INC. is a licensed and insured business. We own our fleet, therefore there is no third party involved. All of our drivers work directly for us and have all of their licenses up-to-date.

All transportation operated by FAST SHUTLLE INC. is subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the conditions of use listed below. By agreeing to these terms of service, you also confirm that you understand how our service works.

Use of the Website

As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant that

cancellation period, there are no refunds for any reason.

1. You are at least 18 years of age or older

2. You possess the legal ability to agree to the terms of this Terms and Conditions Policy.

3. You will use this website in accordance with this agreement.

4. You will only use this website for legitimate business for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

5. All information supplied by you on this website is true, accurate, current and complete.

Reservations and Payments

Advance reservation is required for every service. All of Fast Shuttle’s services require prepayment with a credit card. Your credit card will be charge for the full amount at the time you make your reservation. Fare quotes do include fuel charge, airport/seaport and fees unless otherwise noted.


Rates do not include a gratuity. Tipping is allowed and is much appreciated by our drivers.

Short Notice Reservations

Short notice reservations are reservations made less than 24 hours prior to requested pickup times. We are unable to guarantee service availability or timely service for short notice reservations. Availability will depend on a variety of conditions, including pickup location, drop-off location, and current vehicle availability.

There are no refunds available for reservations made with less than 72 hours in advance.

Reservation Abandonment

Reservation abandonment occurs when the Operator leaves the pick-up location without the customer because he/she cannot find the customer within 30-45 minutes, at the designated pick-up location and cannot reach the customer for further instruction using the “Day of Travel” contact number provided.

There are no refunds when a reservation abandonment occurs.

Cancellation Policy

Customers will need to call 786-863-3281, at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup to cancel their reservation with FAST SHUTTLE INC., in order to receive an 80% refund.

FAST SHUTTLE INC. will not provide a refund if the reservation is cancelled or changed less than 72 hours prior to pick-up time, or in the event of reservation abandonment. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of pickup time.

Flight Cancellations and Delays Due to Airlines

Flight cancellations or delays due to airlines should be provided to FAST SHUTLLE INC. within a timely manner. Failure to do so may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in loss of fare. Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for refund when a replacement reservation is made.


For Credit Card Refunds: Once approved, a refund request is submitted within 24 hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The refund is then completed by customer’s financial institution. Customer should refer to their financial institution to check on status of refund.

For Check Refunds: Once approved, refund requests are entered on a daily basis. Checks are cut once weekly and put in the mail for delivery to the address provided every Friday; delivery varies dependent on holidays.

Limitations of Liability

FAST SHUTTLE INC. makes every attempt to run on-time according to our schedules, however, traffic conditions and weather may alter our departure and arrival times. When this happens, we make every attempt to communicate with our passengers to keep them informed as to the cause of the delay and the estimated time of departure / arrival. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding the unavoidable delays are beyond our control.


FAST SHUTTLE INC. utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology in processing online transactions in order to encrypt personal and payment information. SSL incorporates strong encryption which can inhibit the unauthorized interception and access of your data. SSL requires a web browser that supports SSL.

All information obtained to make your reservation is held in strictest confidence. We do not make names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, or any other personal information available to any companies or individuals except for those that are directly involved in the delivery of the services that you have requested.
